I have a diverse background spanning elite sport and public healthcare. I began my career working in professional football at DCFC and BCFC, before transitioning into the NHS, where I’ve developed broad expertise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and Women’s Health.
I am passionate about supporting people through every stage of life—from injury recovery to postpartum care using a whole-body approach to help achieve goals. I enjoy teaching Pilates and use these methods to aid rehab.
