We understand that for many women, especially after childbirth, surgery, or injury, simply feeling “pain-free” doesn’t mean you’re back to feeling like yourself again. True recovery means regaining confidence in your body, strength in your movement, and control in your everyday life.

That’s why we’re proud to offer a specialist Pelvic Health Performance service designed to support women through every stage of their recovery – whether that’s postnatal rehab, pelvic health concerns, or safely returning to exercise after time away. Available at our Borough, Chelsea, Chiswick, Fitzrovia, Mansion House, Monument, Moorgate and St James’s clinics, these sessions take place in beautifully equipped performance spaces using state-of-the-art strength and conditioning tools, led by expert physiotherapists who understand the unique demands of women’s health.

To ensure you feel strong, supported, and empowered, we offer:

  • Bespoke 1:1 athletic assessments and movement analysis with a women’s health-informed lens
  • Strength and conditioning programming tailored for postpartum recovery, pelvic stability, and bone health
  • Enhanced post-op recovery pathways (including after gynaecological surgery or C-section)
  • Small-group ‘Return to Performance’ sessions in a safe, supportive environment

How it works:

Our goal is to help you move beyond symptoms and regain full, confident function:

  • Exact strength and movement assessments guide your personalised rehab plan
  • Individualised gym-based programs designed to meet your personal goals – whether that’s managing prolapse, safely lifting your children, or training for a half marathon
  • Expert coaching to build proper lifting technique, reduce injury risk, and improve confidence in the gym or daily life

Return to Sport/ exercise testing:

Ladies PerformanceMany women return to activity without the all clear or without a structured plan – leading to re-injury or unresolved symptoms. Our thorough testing protocol includes:

  • Maximal strength assessments
  • Landing, stability, and endurance tests
  • Consideration of pelvic floor function and psychological readiness

All to ensure you’re truly ready – physically and mentally – to return to what you love.

Strength classes:

Our physio-led strength classes are designed for women looking to maintain lifelong strength, energy, and health. Perfect if you’re:

  • Navigating menopause or concerned about bone density
  • Managing joint issues or old injuries
  • Unsure about gym training or technique and want expert guidance
  • Seeking a safe, empowering space to build fitness

These Performance Health classes run for 45 mins or 1 hour depending on location. Packages of 10 are available with 10% off.
